1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pkr300 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkr300 platform located at pkr300.net, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, and promotional programmes.

• pkr300 is required to do so by its licensing authority or by applicable law;
• pkr300 reasonably suspects the account is being used in a manner that poses a financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform;
• The player has provided false identity information during registration or KYC verification.

Upon termination of an account for a breach of these Terms, pkr300 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and any pending withdrawal requests. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law
